Summary: Murder and twisted senses of humor are nothing new. But when it comes to the absurd and clownish buffoonery of darkness...well, the Klowns from space already did it. But no one took it to such demonic levels as the twisted demon prince of laughs, Killjoy.

History: Having existed since trickster deities became a thing, his name ever changing across cultures, Killjoy is a demon of anarchy and demented violence. Anyone who invokes him for whatever reason, usually through black magic rituals, ends up trading their souls for his handiwork, as he wreaks havoc amongst the living. However, even clown demons have their dog days, as Killjoy would find out later on...

Notable Kills: Rams a guy with an ice-cream truck, gives someone explosive marijuana, fires a guy's bullets back with his mouth, uses vicious living teeth to kill a girl, impales a guy on a water pump, telekinetically makes another cut himself with a pocket knife, has a person reduced to a twisted turkey dinner, smacks a person's head off with a mallet, smashes another into paste with the same mallet, and one of his acts involves mashing a guy's head in with custard pies.

Final Fate: Almost every time Killjoy is summoned, he's beaten back by a number of means. But when the third time screwed up, he got sent to Hell for not being bad enough, he got on Beelzebubā€™s bad side, and he managed to destroy Hell itself while escaping with his old minions. But then, he became semi-mortal, had a bit of a mid-life crisis, and just when his new snuff web-show was taking off, Beelzebub raided Earth with starships. This ultimately led to him defeating the Devil for good, as well as ending up in a parallel universe...namely, OUR world. While he's a bit wary of the unknown, he has his posse right behind him, a cool new starship, and he's ready to spread some mayhem!

Powers/Abilities: Killjoy has a wide array of demonically-empowered tricks, particularly a mallet known as Malice, as well as general immortality and omnipotence. He's not nearly as powerful after his trip to Hell, but he remains a bit impressive.

Weakness: True love, holy water, forces above him scrubbing his names from existence, and soon, anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-Killjoy is what happens when you combine the Joker with the denizens of Hell. Yet somehow, this gravelly-voiced monster manages to be more terrifying than that with his array of powers and weapons. Then again, as the films went by, he became something of a laughable, yet still deadly, rogue that you couldn't help but root for. I mean, he saved his world from Hell, and left it for another. Sure, he's completely insane, but it's always interesting to see demons face the hard knocks with the help of some close, equally demented friends.

Trivia: -Killjoy was played by Angel Vargas in the first film, but the rest would star Trent Haaga, one of Troma's important contributors.

-The last film owes its existence to Full Moon launching a Kickstarter for it in 2014 as an experiment to see if people still cared about their brand. Needless to say, it quite literally paid off.

Nobody said he wasn't.

"TOY STORY! DON'T BETRAY ME!"

Guess you can't.

PLEASE!

It doesn't! But at least, it has fun doing so.

I knew it! The title's made of cheese!

Oh, please...

Tax evasion isn't worth it.

"WITNESS ME!"

FIRE EVERYTHING! FIRE EVERYONE!

"Dedede has nothing on me!"

"Got these from the Killer Klowns! See what they do!"

Because Snuff works so well in reality.

"What became of my make-up?!"

Uh...interesting fetish, you lot.

What happened to the franchise in a nutshell.
