Summary: There are serial killers. There are bad movies. And there are serial killers in bad movies. But whenever you hear about how we don't need this many of these films, just remember that the ones we have don't carry deadly curses...

History: Brad was the beleaguered star of the upcoming horror film "Hot Blooded!", constantly ridiculed by his director and everyone else before just completely snapping, ripping off said director's tongue and going on a mini self-harming rampage before being violently electrocuted. However, before dying, he cursed the movie to bring death upon those who try and finish it. Predictably, his curse faded into urban legend, and there were those who sought to finish the film. They die, as one might guess, at the hands of a resurrected Brad, or Scarman, as he was known in the film.

Notable Kills: What we said he did to his director.

Final Fate: It seems that Scarman's killing spree is halted when the film print is burned away. Jump scare at the end notwithstanding, the film's destruction puts Brad at peace.

Powers/Abilities: Scarman's favorite weapons are a pair of shears.

Weakness: No film means no Scarface.

Scariness Factor: 4-Just make your own films instead of this one. Do you want to be confronted by a man in a creepy mask who has no qualms with mutilating himself as well as you? We didn't think so.

Trivia: -If you can believe it, this film was no.2 at the French and Hong Kong box offices.

-Scarman was played by Frank Roberts, who starred in pretty much nothing else except a few short films. Bummer.
