Films: The Million Dollar Crocodile (2012)
Alias: None
Type: Natural
Location: Civilized Area/River
Height/Weight: Twice that of an average saltwater crocodile.
Affiliation: Neutral
Summary: For most killer croc films, the big reptile is usually out to get its next meal. But for here, it's survival. Well, that and eating people. But mostly survival for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
History: In a crocodile sanctuary in Thailand, there is a particularly huge one living mostly by herself. Affectionally named Amao by a local boy, she was condemned to death before escaping from her confines, and seeking somewhere to lay her eggs. But in the process, she swallowed millions worth of dollars, placing a bounty on her head. Of course, there was also that minor detail of her attacking humans, but the money apparently means more.
Notable Kills: Slams her head into people and kills without having to uses her teeth.
Final Fate: Amao is finally brought down when someone shoots her through the mouth. But in spite of her demise, she did lay her eggs just in time, and the young go into the Thailand waters unimpeded.
Powers/Abilities: None.
Weakness: Anything conventional.
Scariness Factor: 3.5-Amao isn't always the most convincing croc on screen. Her CGI needs work, but she's still a powerful killer. Almost as big as car and with the strength to match, it's a shame she spends most of her time running away from those who would want the money she ate by total accident.
Trivia: -This is apparently China's first official monster movie. Are we so sure about that?
-Animals eating money is nothing new. It seems to happen in Africa a lot. Culprits include dogs, snakes, and even a gorilla at one point.
