“The stinging winds”

Films: Tsunambee (2015)

Alias: None

Type: Unknown, possibly Mutant

Location: Forest/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of large rats.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: The Bible once predicted that the greatest insect-related cataclysms would involve swathes of locusts descending on our food, and eventually us. But what if we told you that the real threat...was bees! Or wasps, really. It's wasps.

History: No one knows why the giant wasp nests popped up. Some suspect a mutation, others a rapture. Either way, faith is being tested as the wasp storms (no tsunamis, by the way) keep killing people and/or turn them into zombies. It's just one of those days in the wrecked outskirts of L.A.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: At first, it seems that the survivors have been protected by one's faith in the Lord. Then one of them becomes a razor-toothed leader of the wasps. Smash to black, roll credits. What?!

Powers/Abilities: Their venom can either kill or turn people into mindless husks.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-A swarm of stinging insects may be an apocalypse by itself, but then you have crap CGI and some rather unconvincing undead. Actually, the zombies are more believable than the digital wasps that go flying all over the place.

Trivia: Nothing much to say here.

Nope. Got nothing.
