Summary: Ouch. That's all we have to say about this kaiju. Being trailed by and controlled by a mad scientist and being forced to work alongside a mechanical monster can't do one any favors.

History: Titanosaurus remained relatively undisturbed in his underwater home, until the rather unhinged scientist Shinzo Mafune sought to control him, and got the means via the Black Hole aliens. Now in the hands of evil, Titanosaurus was forced to destroy everything alongside Mechagodzilla.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After Mechagodzilla is disposed of, Godzilla proceeds to blast Titanosaurus with his atomic ray, causing the beast to plummet into the ocean, his fate uncertain.

Powers/Abilities: Titanosaurus can use his tail fins to create hurricane winds and whirlpools. He's also so strong that he can lift Godzilla up in the air by the nose with only his teeth.

Weakness: Sonic waves can severely damage him.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Coming off as more a Godzilla knock-off, Titanosaurus can appear a bit silly. That still doesn't mean that he can't utterly wreck everything. Make no mistake, he's still a formidable opponent.

Trivia: -Titanosaurus' name means "gigantic lizard" in Greek. He also shares this name rather coincidentally with a genus of sauropod dinosaur.

-Titanosaurus' roar was later used in Metroid games for the roars of certain bosses.
