"All's affair in love and war"

Films: Panic Beats (1983)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized area/Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Good news is that your ancestor has come to spend the night with everybody. Bad news is that he's a product of the Dark Ages.

History: Alaric de Marnac was a slightly psychotic knight living in the Dark Ages, killing any woman he saw that he deemed unfaithful to their partners. Centuries later, his ghost is said to return to his home every 100 years to do exactly that. Now, his distant ancestor Paul has brought some rather unfaithful women to that exact location...

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: It takes time, but Alaric is successful in killing everyone in the house that he has deemed unfaithful. Time to wait another century.

Powers/Abilities: His preferred weapon is a twin mace-on-a-chain.

Weakness: None.

Scariness Factor: 4-It's rare for a killer to be decked in armor, so good luck trying to defend yourself against this crushing crusader. It doesn't help that his true form is a rotted corpse in that armor. That, and his kills tend to be absolutely brutal.

Trivia: -This film was also known as "Frantic Heartbeat", "Cries of Terror", and "Nightmare House".

-A violent act instigated by an emotional outburst, such as witnessing unfaithfulness, is commonly known as a "crime of passion".

Just replace the snake with a mace and we're gold.
More like Heart Attack, given the nature of this film.
It was a...different time back then, Alaric, wasn't it?
