Summary: Vengeance is one of the most worthless of causes. It is one born of anger and hatred. And if one were to take all the desire for revenge in the world and let it coalesce into a physical being, chances are you'd get Pumpkinhead.

History: Pumpkinhead is the name given to a horrible demon summoned whenever one craves revenge. It is a risk many rightfully see as not worth taking, as the demon almost always takes his mission too far, and he/she who summons him will often find him/herself becoming just as monstrous as he. Summonings include one from a grieving single father, that time he came into the world through the body of his supposed son, an angry mob tired of the mortician disrespecting their dead, and a man demanding that he kill an opposing family in a feud.

Notable Kills: Pumpkinhead's most notable kill is when he jams a shotgun through somebody like it was a sword.

Final Fate: Everytime Pumpkinhead is summoned, he's always repelled when the damage is done. The last time we saw him, he went plummeting down a well with his summoner.

Powers/Abilities: Complete invincibility.

Weakness: Will be banished back to Hell is his summoner is killed.

Scariness Factor: 4.5-Pumpkinhead might be the scariest monster ever conceived by Stan Winston's effects work, next to the Xenomorph Queen. A deadly serial killer in demon form, this snarling beast won't ever stop at his summoner's target, ensuring that everyone in his presence regrets every attempt at using him.

Trivia: -Aside from making the monster, Stan Winston was also in the director's seat for the first time with the first film.
