"The Millenium Threat"

Films: Godzilla 2000: Millenium (1999)

Alias: Orgah

Type: Alien

Location: Eldritch location/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: 60 meters and 40,000 metric tons.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: So, Godzilla's legacy begins anew after a few years, and who does he get to face? A giant bulbous tower of ugly desperately trying to copy him. Figures.

History: Long ago, a ship belonging to an alien race known as the Millennians fled their dying planet and crashed into the Pacific, and were inactive for millions of years before humanity accidentally awakened them. Looking for a decent basis for a new form, the aliens deemed Godzilla to be the ideal candidate due to his regenerative properties. After absorbing enough of his DNA, the Millennians came together, and collectively transformed into a new kaiju: Orga. Now all this monster needs is to get the rest of Godzilla's cells so that he may be perfect.

Notable Kills: Nothing special

Final Fate: In a desperate bid to absorb Godzilla, Orga's mouth nearly engulfs him. But while this almost gets the job done, the great kaiju fires his thermonuclear breath from the inside of the alien, incinerating it.

Powers/Abilities: Orga has a wave-motion beam cannon stored in his left shoulder, regenerative properties, surprising agility, slight psychic powers courtesy of the Milliennians, and the capacity to absorb DNA.

Weakness: Beings of equal or greater power.

Scariness Factor: 4.5-Aside from the usual Kaiju trappings of being big and scary, Orga is plain hideous, and the only kaiju who tried to actually eat Godzilla (it was no sight for sore eyes). Had it not been for the big lizard, the Milliennians would have established that "Kingdom" of theirs in no time.

Trivia: -Orga's design was slightly inspired by the 1998 Godzilla, so that Japanese audiences could have a bit of catharsis in seeing that one get killed by the real deal. Truth is, their wish would come true five years later...

-Orga's origins and actions in the movie manga adaptation are...different, to say the least. For starters, the Milliennians copied the form of a little girl to explain themselves (with all the lolicon metaphors one can hope never to see), temporarily took the form of a horrible amalgamation of human forms stuck together, and in trying to kill Godzilla, Orga takes the form of a gigantic version of his foe and tries to eat him. It ends the same way, but damn!

What's the foe you open up the new generation with? This rando.
The line said to any who made that previous travesty last year.
They didn't come for the sight-seeing.

Godzilla wasted the oppertunity to rampage just so he could shower five times after this.
Cute? Not the impression they wanted to give you.

Break his teeth. It might help!
