History: Talec was an intergalactic terrorist on the run from space police. His goal is to find people, extract heroin from them, then their endorphins so that he has all the ingredients for an alien drug known as Barsi. And would you know it? The city of Houston has plenty of druggies for him to choose from. Also, if Talec comes back to his world, plenty of other deadly alien drug pushers will come here too!

Final Fate: Talec is tracked down by the fuzz, and after a scuffle for some Barsi, the evil alien ends up impaled on a spear before the cop uses his own gun against him to blow the place up.

Powers/Abilities: Talec's main weapons are razor-sharp disks that can be flung at deadly speeds.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-Talek is everything you fear and hate about drug smugglers, except somehow worse. His tech and his creepy monotone make him out to be a pretty nasty criminal.

Trivia: -This film was also known as "I Come in Peace", which are the only English words that Talec knows.

-Talec was played by Matthias Hues, a German actor and martial artist. This was his most commercially successful role.
