Films: Star Raiders-The Adventures of Saber Raine (2017)
Alias: Various, notably Emperor Sinjin, Crotalus, the Quintari
Location: Eldritch Location/Forest/Civilized Area
Height/Weight: That of average humans.
Affiliation: Good (Crotalus), Evil (the rest)
Summary: What's that? You want tales of high-octane action, space exploration, and a charming protagonist? Well, that's what Flash Gordon is for! In other words, you're looking in the wrong area.
History: Saber Raine is a gun-for-hire who's recently been hired to protect a prince and a princess. Unfortunately, it just so happens that they are the target of Sinjin, a vile conqueror whose been trying to obtain great power for some time. He's made a few alliances with some violent races, and he won't let Saber and his friends get in his way.
Notable Kills: Nothing special.
Final Fate: Against all odds, Saber and company manage to foil Sinjin's plans and get the prince to safety. However, the princess has been corrupted by power, and both she and Sinjin retreat to where there's a whole army of giant robots ready to activate...
Powers/Abilities: Sinjin has figured out how to reanimate the dead and turn them into cybernetic minions.
Weakness: Anything conventional.
Scariness Factor: 2.5-Most of the alien cast are very clearly folks in costumes. Cheap looking ones. Even the guys in Skeletor get-ups are laughable with how easily they're dispatched. Sinjin is the most intimidating, when he's not using awkward pauses or looking like a guy with the word's biggest zit.
Trivia: -Saber Raine was played by Casper van Dien, the same star of "Starship Troopers". Now you get the above joke.
-The most significant effect this had on our history was it being the subject of a Rifftrax Live Performance in 2019.
